Centrus to Webcast Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 7

Centrus Energy Corp. (NYSE MKT: LEU) will webcast its annual meeting of
shareholders to be held on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The
live audio webcast of the annual meeting can be accessed by investors
and other interested parties through the Company’s website, www.centrusenergy.com.

and a webcast replay will be available through May 20, 2015.
Centrus expects to release its first quarter 2015 earnings report after
the close of markets on Wednesday, May 6. The Company will not hold a
separate conference call with investors this quarter. We look forward to
